At Casamar Dolores, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we have designed a flexible cancellation policy to suit your needs:

Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival date:

If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations less than 14 days in advance:

If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given, but you may request a change of dates subject to availability.

No show:

In case of no-show on your scheduled arrival date and you have not informed us in advance, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Modifications:

If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing dates or adjusting the number of nights, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve a rate adjustment.

Bookings through third parties:

If you made your booking through third party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, cancellation conditions will be subject to the policies of those platforms.

How to request a cancellation or modification:

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly via email or phone number. We will process your request as soon as possible.
